We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Try before you buy

MultiProfile is free to try so you can evaluate isolation, proxies and fingerprints before subscribing. We encourage you to test the app thoroughly during the free experience.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of a plan.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from your billing portal. If a renewal was clearly accidental, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse of the refund policy.
  • Refunds may be declined for accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Use.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@multiprofile.app from the address on your account, including your order reference. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
