Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to the MultiProfile application and website. Buying a plan is covered separately by the Terms of Sale.
1. Who we are, and what these cover
MultiProfile is published by the sole trader identified on our Legal Notice page. These terms apply whenever you use the application or this website, free tier included. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale; how we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use MultiProfile for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and these terms apply to that organisation too.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of MultiProfile is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. It is short, specific, and worth reading before you scale up: it sets out what the tool is for, what it must not be used for, and what happens when that line is crossed.
In summary: manage accounts you own or are authorised to manage, respect the rules of the services you visit, and do not use isolation to commit fraud or to reach systems you have no right to reach. Breaching the policy ends your licence without refund.
4. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use MultiProfile within the limits of your plan. You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it, nor reverse-engineer it except to the extent that mandatory law allows you to (in particular for interoperability, article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
5. Your machine, your data
MultiProfile is local-first: your profiles, cookies, fingerprints, proxies and settings live on your own Windows machine, not on our servers. The practical consequences are yours to carry:
- We cannot recover your data. We do not hold a copy. If you lose the machine, reinstall Windows or delete a profile, that data is gone. Back it up yourself.
- Securing the machine is your job — disk encryption, account passwords, who else can log in. Anyone with access to your session has access to your profiles.
- Your proxies are your responsibility. You choose and pay for them; we do not supply them, vet them, or see what passes through them.
6. Third-party software and services
MultiProfile launches Chrome or Edge from your own machine. Those browsers, any extensions you load, and any website you visit are governed by their own terms — not by ours. IP geolocation in the app uses the DB-IP Lite database, attributed on the Proxies page under CC BY 4.0.
7. What we promise, and what we do not
We owe you software that conforms to what we described, for as long as you subscribe. That is a legal guarantee under articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code, it cannot be waived, and section 8 of the Terms of Sale explains how to rely on it. Nothing in these terms limits it.
Within that, be clear about what the product can honestly claim: no anti-detect tool can guarantee that a profile goes undetected. Detection methods change constantly and are controlled by the sites you visit, not by us. We do not promise anonymity, we do not promise that accounts will not be linked, and we do not promise that you will not be banned. Isolation is what we build and what we stand behind; the outcome on someone else’s platform is not ours to warrant.
8. Availability and updates
The application updates itself in the background so installs stay current, including security fixes. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what your paid plan offers, section 8 of the Terms of Sale applies and you may cancel.
9. Intellectual property
MultiProfile, its name, logo and interface remain ours. These terms grant you no rights over our trademarks. Third-party names mentioned in the app or on the site belong to their owners, and referring to them implies no affiliation or endorsement.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MultiProfile at any time; to end a paid plan, see section 7 of the Terms of Sale. We may suspend or terminate your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy. Except where the breach makes it pointless or we are legally barred from doing so, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and if you do not accept them you may cancel under the Terms of Sale.
12. Governing law
French law governs these terms. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, that choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your own country’s law. Complaints and mediation are handled as described in section 11 of the Terms of Sale.
