Terms of Sale

1. Parties

These terms are entered into between you (the “Customer”) and MultiProfile (the “Vendor”). They apply to every order placed through our website.

2. Products and pricing

We sell software licenses and subscription plans to the MultiProfile desktop application. Prices are displayed in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

• Plans may be billed monthly or annually.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change for future billing periods.
• Any promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at purchase.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.

4. License grant

Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MultiProfile in accordance with your plan and the Terms of Use. Seat limits apply as described in your plan.

5. Subscription renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan over the preceding twelve months.
